In addition to Firefox 12, users can also use the Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR), which was built specifically for users of Mozilla which is IT administrator or people who always manages Firefox for their work.
Latest version of ESR equal to Firefox 10. If Firefox must be upgraded every six weeks, ESR has much longer time to upgrade, which is 54 weeks or more than 10 months.
In addition to patches, Firefox ESR will not change until November 2012 and will always be supported with updates until early February 2013.
