HP Specter XT is Hewlett-Packard (HP) flagship product in premium ultrabook segment. This device looks fairly sexy, sleek and slim, and could attract attention. This premium laptop has 13.3 inch wide screen, weighs 1.39 kg and 14.5 mm thickness. The body also has a thinner design at its end (bezel line).
Specter XT is one of Envy family member. The latest line of HP Envy notebook has been supported by Beats Audio, which is a high-performance audio technology that is supported by Dr. Dre. Spectre XT is equipped with four speakers. Two above the keyboard and two more on the side. There is backlit on the keyboard. That means its can be relied upon in low light conditions.
Spectre XT body is thin, but don't doubt its performance. Its support mSATA ultrafast solid state drive and Intel Rapid Start Technology. With these technology, Spectre XT boot or resume time from sleep mode will be very fast.
Its processor is latest Intel processor equipped with Smart Connect Technology, which is able to automatically update email even if the notebook in rest or sleep mode.
This product is very suitable for those who have high mobility but want to have a beautiful design laptop. However, although stylish, Specter XT still have high performance.
In terms of data storage, Its backed up with solid stage storage of 256 gigabytes (GB) and battery with can last for 8 hours.Surface for touchpad is wide. When tested, it is quite responsive and easy to navigate.
If viewed from the back, this product is similar to Apple's Macbook Air.
