Facebook's new features focus on Merchants

We must have been quite familiar with the features of Facebook Pages. This feature is often used by people who want to promote their products directly on Facebook. This method make the interaction between sellers and buyers easier. That's what Facebook Pages role as a tools to increase our sales and grow our business.

Therefore, Facebook try to maximize their Facebook Pages through new features. The new features were announced by Facebook COO (Chief Operating Officer), Sheryl Sandberg in the FMC (Facebook Marketing Conference) event.
The FMC event was held in New York, USA. With these features, Facebook Premium, merchant (the owner of a business) can interact with customers just like when using their personal Facebook account. Mike Hoefflinger, Facebook officials added, Facebook will be maximized to be a marketing products tools.

Mike said: "With this premium features, we can interact more closely with our customers. It's a way to express what the identity of our business."

There will be a new placement on premium advertisements and Sponsored Stories, Sponsored Stories is similar with Twitter's Sponsored Tweets. In addition, there is a feature called Reach Generator. This feature is claimed by Facebook that can guarantee 75% of our customers will always look at our products.
