Google will penalized Website that implementing excessive SEO

Matt Cutts, head of Google Webspam Team, said that if Google would provide penalties for sites that are too over in implementing SEO. The news was announced Matt Cutts on a SXSW panel discussion between Danny Sullivan, Editor in Chief of Search Engine Land with Microsoft Senior Product Marketing Manager with the headline Dear Goolge Bing & Bing: Help Me Rank Better!

During the discussion a little conclusion can be drawn if Google is working to create a policy in the new action against sites that are over in SEO. According to Matt Cutts, the policy of this new rule will be introduced next month or in a few weeks. He strongly underlined will take action against sites that do not have much content but doing excessive SEO.


"We're trying to make smart GoogleBot, make us better relevance, and we also seek out those who abuse it, like too many keywords on a page, or the way back links are not unusual," said Matt Cutts.

So how is the detail of this new policy? He refused to explain further. And Google is not willing to discuss it for now. In 2009, Matt Cutts ever make a video about excessive SEO optimization  which he said would be bad for website.
