Cut Through Google Security, Hacker got $ 66,000

It's a hacker from Russia, Sergey Glazunov who found remote code execution vulnerability in Google Chrome browser.

After passed sandbox, he also managed to run unauthorized code on Windows 7. He showed his skill on Google contest Google Pwnium that held in Canada. At the contest, Google provides cash prizes for the hacker who can broke through the security system. Total prizes provided around $ 1 million.


"Exploitation that he has done is impressive. It requires a deep understanding of how Chrome works. It is very difficult and that's why we pay $ 60 thousand," said Justin Schuh, Google Chrome technicians. Google immediately patched the security hole, so Google Chrome will become safer than before.
